Redefine Europe is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Redefine Properties Limited (Redefine), a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE).
With a focus on expanding our logistics asset platform, we sustain organic growth through:

- Recycling capital through the disposal of assets at the end of their investment life cycle

Our investment focus
Redefine Europe’s investments primarily comprise a majority interest in a logistics platform and minority interest in a value retail investment platform in Poland.
The logistics platform comprises 40 income-producing properties, one asset under construction, and eight landholdings. Upon full development, the portfolio is expected to have a total value of approximately €1.007 billion and encompass around 1.02 million sqm of gross leasable area.
